Terms of Use

1. The voucher entitles the holder to make a new booking of stay or services at Holiday Park Zator Resort & Spa.

2. Redeeming the voucher requires prior reservation of the date – via online booking, phone contact, or email with the reception of Holiday Park Zator Resort & Spa.

3. The voucher is delivered electronically to the provided email address within 24 hours of purchase.

4. Booking depends on availability at the selected date.

5. In case of booking services valued higher than the nominal voucher value, the guest is required to pay the difference.

6. In case of booking services valued less than the voucher value, the unused amount will be forfeited and is non-refundable.

7. The voucher cannot be used to pay for already made bookings.

8. The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
