Terms of Use

1. The voucher entitles the holder to make a new reservation for a stay or services at Holiday Park Zator Resort & Spa.

2. The voucher redemption requires an advance booking – either online, by phone, or by email with the reception of Holiday Park Zator Resort & Spa.

3. The voucher is delivered electronically to the provided email address within 24 hours of purchase.

4. The reservation depends on availability for the selected date.

5. If the value of the booked services exceeds the nominal value of the voucher, the Guest is obliged to pay the difference.

6. If the value of the booked services is less than the voucher value, the unused amount will be forfeited and is non-refundable.

7. The voucher cannot be used to pay for reservations already made.

8. The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
