Terms of Use

1. The voucher entitles you to make a new reservation for a stay or services at Holiday Park Zator Resort & Spa.

2. Redeeming the voucher requires prior booking of the date – online, by phone, or via email with the reception of Holiday Park Zator Resort & Spa.

3. The voucher is delivered electronically to the provided email address within 24 hours of purchase.

4. Reservation is subject to availability on the chosen date.

5. If booking services with a value higher than the nominal voucher value, the Guest is obliged to pay the difference.

6. If booking services with a value lower than the voucher value, the unused amount is forfeited and non-refundable.

7. The voucher cannot be used to pay for already made reservations.

8. The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
