Terms of Use

1. The voucher entitles the holder to make a new booking for a stay or services at Holiday Park Zator Resort & Spa.

2. Redeeming the voucher requires a prior booking – via online, telephone, or email contact with the reception of Holiday Park Zator Resort & Spa.

3. The voucher is delivered electronically to the provided email address within 24 hours of purchase.

4. Reservations are subject to availability for the selected date.

5. If services booked exceed the nominal value of the voucher, the guest is required to pay the difference.

6. If services booked are of lesser value than the voucher, the unused amount is forfeited and non-refundable.

7. The voucher cannot be used to pay for already made reservations.

8. The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
