Terms of Use

1. The voucher entitles you to make a new booking for a stay or services at Holiday Park Zator.

2. The voucher redemption requires prior reservation of the date – online, by phone, or via email with the Holiday Park Zator reception.

3. The voucher is delivered electronically to the provided email address within 24 hours of purchase.

4. Reservation depends on available spaces on the chosen date.

5. If booking services valued higher than the nominal voucher amount, the Guest is obliged to pay the difference.

6. If booking services valued less than the voucher amount, the unused amount is forfeited and non-refundable.

7. The voucher cannot be used to pay for already made bookings.

8. The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
