Terms of Use

1. The voucher entitles the holder to make a new booking for a stay or services at Holiday Park Zator.

2. Redeeming the voucher requires a prior reservation – online, by phone, or via email with the Holiday Park Zator reception.

3. The voucher is delivered electronically to the provided email address within 24 hours of purchase.

4. The booking is subject to availability on the selected date.

5. If the value of booked services exceeds the nominal value of the voucher, the Guest is obliged to pay the difference.

6. If the value of booked services is lower than the voucher value, the unused amount is forfeited and non-refundable.

7. The voucher cannot be used to pay for already made bookings.

8. The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
