Terms of Use

1. The voucher entitles you to make a new reservation of stay or services at Holiday Park Zator.
   
   

2. Redeeming the voucher requires prior booking of the date – online, by phone, or via email with the Holiday Park Zator reception.
   
   

3. The voucher is delivered electronically to the provided email address within 24 hours after purchase.

4. Reservations depend on availability for the selected date.
   
   

5. In case of booking services that cost more than the voucher’s nominal value, the guest is obliged to pay the difference.
   
   

6. If the booked services cost less than the voucher value, the unused amount is forfeited and non-refundable.
   
   

7. The voucher cannot be used to pay for reservations already made.
   
   

8. The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
