Terms of Implementation

1. The voucher entitles you to make a new booking for a stay or services at Holiday Park Zator.
   
   

2. The voucher redemption requires a prior booking of the date – via online, telephone, or e-mail contact with the Holiday Park Zator reception.
   
   

3. The voucher is delivered electronically to the provided email address within 24 hours of purchase.

4. Booking depends on availability of places on the chosen date.
   
   

5. If the value of the booked services exceeds the nominal value of the voucher, the guest is obliged to pay the difference.
   
   

6. If the value of booked services is less than the voucher value, the unused amount expires and is non-refundable.
   
   

7. The voucher cannot be used to pay for bookings already made.
   
   

8. The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
