2. To redeem the voucher, prior reservation is required – online, by phone, or email contact with Holiday Park Zator reception.

3. The voucher is delivered electronically to the provided email address within 24 hours of purchase.

4. Reservation depends on availability of places on the chosen date.

5. If services booked exceed the voucher's nominal value, the guest is required to pay the difference.

6. If services booked are of lesser value than the voucher, the unused amount expires and is non-refundable.

7. The voucher cannot be used to pay for reservations already made.

8. The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
